You know, there is a movement of photographers who take pictures of old abandoned buildings. The most eerie I’ve seen is the ones at Chernobyl. Apartments left in a hurry, silent playgrounds and empty streets. Gives me the willies, it did.
What I see here are the pillars. The pillars are left standing, slowly being swallowed by the greens and one day, they will crumble too.
No less eerie.
